Terms & Conditions

ORDERS

All orders must be paid in full before we will accept them. We only accept orders to UK mainland addresses.

Your order will be cancelled if:

  • We have been unable to process your payment, or payment is later cancelled by a bank or merchant service provider.
  • Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
  • We do not supply to your address.

In the event that your payment has been received but we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be full reimbursed to the credit or debit card used to make the order.

 

SHIPPING

Cocktail mixes are made the day before your box is shipped to ensure your cocktails and garnishes are fresh. We make and seal all of the mixes on our premises. We offer 48 hour delivery Monday – Friday or you can choose a date within 60 days to have your cocktails delivered. Please note we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday so if you have an event at the weekend please order on Wednesday at the latest.

REFUNDS

If your order arrives damaged please get in touch with as soon as possible by emailing hello@designer-events.co.uk with images of your package. We offer full refunds for damaged goods or we can replace your order. We will review your claim within 5 days. If we are satisfied we will either refund your order to the debit or credit card used for the order or ship you a new print.

We do not accept refund due to buyers remorse.
